Christine Kempeneers

Christine Kempeneers serves as the Risk Management Head at Aboitiz Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the risk program, advising on enterprise risk management, and leading crisis management initiatives. Kempeneers concurrently holds the position of Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. With a strong background in enterprise risk, business continuity, and project management, Kempeneers has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Asian Institute of Management and as a lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University. Previous roles at Citibank and UnionBank of the Philippines involved management and development within various banking units. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management and an AB in European Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, where Kempeneers graduated Cum Laude.
