Melody Lim is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at AboitizPower since December 2022. Prior to this role, Melody held various positions at Home Credit Philippines from May 2019 to December 2022, including Head Of Customer Experience and Product Manager. Melody's earlier career includes significant roles at UnionBank of the Philippines as a Product Manager and Team Lead in the EON Banking Group, as well as experience at Starcom MediaVest Group and HSBC in various capacities related to customer sales and banking. Melody holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from De La Salle University and graduated from St. Paul College of Paranaque with a high school diploma.
