Sarita Seyanon has a solid work experience background. Sarita started their career at Ticketmelon in 2017 as a Sales Coordinator, where they provided support to event organizers and coordinated with internal teams. Sarita then transitioned into a Customer Success Executive role, ensuring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and collaborating with the Product Development Team for improvements. Sarita worked at Ticketmelon until June 2021. From July 2021 to March 2022, Sarita worked at Conicle Co., Ltd. as a Customer Success Executive, where they provided training and support to B2B customers, improved service quality, and developed customer strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager (APAC) at Taskworld Inc., starting in March 2022.

Sarita then went on to enroll at Chulalongkorn University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Italian Language and Literature.
