Mischelle Batomalaque

Mischelle Batomalaque has extensive experience in human resources and sales, beginning as a Sales and Marketing Executive for Tri Union International Corp from 2005 to 2006. Mischelle then transitioned to Lexmark Research and Development Corporation, holding various HR roles, including HR Recruitment Specialist, HR Recruitment Team Lead, and HR Business Partner from August 2006 to January 2009. Following this, Mischelle served as HR Generalist at FPT Software from June 2015 to September 2017, before returning to AboitizPower, where Mischelle worked as HR Retention & Systems Supervisor and HR Operations - OIC from February 2018 to September 2021. Currently, Mischelle Batomalaque holds the position of HR Business Partner & Systems Manager at AboitizPower since October 2021. Mischelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a degree in Management Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts with a major in Psychology from Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod.
