Crystal Welsh

Crystal Welsh, AICP, serves as a Senior Urban Planner at Abonmarche since March 2019, following a long tenure as Head of the Community and Redevelopment Department for the City of Elkhart from May 2000 to March 2019. Crystal holds a Master in Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Purdue University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
