Andrea Ratzenboeck has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Andrea started their career at Active Languages as an Office Manager/HR Assistant, gaining experience in human resources and back-office management. Andrea then worked as an HR Consultant at Conciliat GmbH, where they opened a new office and helped place talented candidates into their dream jobs. Andrea joined Contaplus as an HR Consultant, further developing their skills in HR. Andrea then joined Conforama Suisse as a Recruitment and Development Manager, responsible for recruitment activities and executive appointments. Andrea then moved to COFELY GDF-SUEZ as an HR Manager Suisse Romande, where they were involved in a major reorganization and gained employee trust. Andrea then took on the role of HR Director at Adent Cliniques Dentaires Groupe SA, where they developed innovative projects to attract and retain employees. Currently, Andrea is working at Audemars Piguet as the Regional Head of HR (Europe), where they are focused on attracting and engaging talent and driving projects that reinforce employee skills and well-being.
