Martin Rivas, E.I.T. is a Coastal Engineer at Abonmarche since February 2020, where expertise includes shoreline revetment design, waterfront and marina design, dredge engineering, stormwater review, site design, and land surveying. Proficient in obtaining permits from governmental agencies, creating AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, and conducting construction administration, Martin also prepares contract and bid documents while ensuring project progress by collaborating with contractors. Previous experience includes serving as a Sound Engineer for Texas Live Sound, conducting research on pipeline corrosion as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, and working in various roles such as Community Assistant, HVAC Technician's Assistant, and Veterinary Technician Assistant. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University.
