Chris Richard is a Solicitor specializing in Criminal Law at the Aboriginal Legal Service since October 2024. Previously, Chris served as an Advocate in the Justice Advocacy Service at IDRS - Making Rights Real, focusing on supporting individuals with cognitive impairments within the criminal justice system. Chris held the position of Regional Coordinator for the Cooperative Legal Service Delivery Program at Legal Aid NSW, enhancing service delivery in the Far West Region. Additionally, Chris has extensive experience in public speaking and debating coaching, serving as a Head Debating Coach at Meriden School and a Public Speaking Coach with Speaking Schools Australasia. Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Brain Sciences from Macquarie University and a High School Certificate from Carlingford High School.
