Stephanie Oster

Stephanie Oster is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in raising funds and managing donor relationships. Currently serving as the Development Director at Abortion Access Front since February 2024, Stephanie has previously held senior roles including Senior Director of Development at Footsteps, Inc, and Senior Development Advisor at Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi). Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Major Gifts at The New York Women's Foundation and working as a Major Gifts Officer at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Policy from Hunter College.
