Keisha Novak

Keisha Novak is an experienced clinical development professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Development at MindMed since September 2025, Keisha previously held positions as a Clinical Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, where contributions to Phase III study protocols and FDA engagement were made. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Clinical Development at Karuna Therapeutics, focusing on NDA document preparation, and as an Advanced Postdoctoral Fellow at San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center/UCSF, leading research on psychosis-related brain activity. Keisha's early career included a Clinical Psychology Predoctoral Internship at San Francisco Veteran Affairs Health Care System, providing evidence-based interventions for veterans. Keisha holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University and completed a Clinical Internship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center.
