Traci Butler has over 20 years of experience in the field of clinical services and program management. Traci currently holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at Abound Health, leading multidisciplinary teams to provide licensed clinical services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health support needs. Traci also oversees the agency's client intake operations and collaborates with clinical and executive leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and technology.

In addition, Traci has invaluable experience working with Pride in North Carolina, LLC, as a Project Program Coordinator and Program Manager. In these roles, they contracted with multiple Area Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Programs and facilitated the operation of group homes for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Traci was responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff and also participated in multidisciplinary team meetings and residential treatment design.

Traci's earlier work experience includes internships at Saint Francis Medical Center and the American Red Cross, where they utilized their social work skills in various healthcare and emergency assistance settings.
