Nicole Lempa, BCBA, is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a diverse background in special education and behavioral analysis. As Co-Founder of Bright Side Of The Moon NJ since September 2017, Nicole provides consultation services focused on toilet training, mealtime management, and discipline for families. Nicole has also served as District Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Special Education Teacher for Howell Township Board of Education since September 2004. Additional roles include Clinical Coordinator at Above and Beyond Learning Group, Clinical Supervisor at Hybridge Learning Group, and former Home Program Supervisor at Epic Developmental Services. With a solid academic foundation including a Post Masters Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University, a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from New Jersey City University, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the College of Charleston, Nicole brings significant expertise to the field.

ABLG is a therapeutic intervention agency that provides applied behavior analysis to individuals with Autism and related disorders, ages 18 months to 21 years old. Our highly experienced staff provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. We are NJ State approved agency by the Department of Education. ABLG's billing department (ACE) has extensive experience with accessing ABA therapy through qualifying insurance plans. Our mission is to provide best practice ABA therapy, educate family and communities, and provide comprehensive clinical support for our families and teams.
