Kaylah O'Neil, BCBA, COBA is a highly experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis. Kaylah is currently serving as the Clinic Manager and Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Above and Beyond Therapy. Previously, Kaylah worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at EMPOWER Behavioral Health & Intervention and Hopebridge. Kaylah holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Denison University.
