The Behavior Analysis Team at Above and Beyond Therapy specializes in implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs designed to facilitate positive behavioral changes in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This dedicated team, which includes Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and trainers, conducts comprehensive assessments, develops personalized intervention plans, and provides ongoing support to ensure effective implementation. They work collaboratively with families and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt strategies, ultimately fostering improvements in communication, social skills, and academic performance in children ages 1-21.
