Keith L. Harper

Keith L. Harper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1994, they worked at the Columbia University Medical Center as a Project Coordinator, overseeing clinical research trials and maintaining detailed records. In 1998, they joined Axelon Services Corporation as an Executive, providing Fortune 100 companies with skilled consultants. As the CEO and Founder of A&B Real Estate since 1999, they built a profitable portfolio of residential rental properties. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University in 2000, teaching industrial organizational psychology. In 2020, Harper became the Owner of Above & Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc., a diversity-certified staffing firm based in Brooklyn.

Keith L. Harper completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Hampton University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2020, Keith obtained a certificate in the Going Virtual (Remote Workforce) Program from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
