Hope McMasters

Hope McMasters has extensive experience in IT and customer service, most recently serving as an IT Apps Programmer at Progressive Insurance from September 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and training development. In addition to technical roles, McMasters acted as an LGBT+ Employee Resource Group Ambassador and Diversity & Inclusion Council Member, focusing on fostering an inclusive environment through community outreach and collaboration. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Harbor Freight Tools and Gordon Food Service, where skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer service were developed. Hope McMasters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, completed in December 2020, and attended Cleveland State University from January 2012 to December 2014.
