Frida Norfors

Frida Norfors is an experienced design professional currently serving as Principal at Above.se since December 2023 and as Global UX Lead at Scania Group since March 2022. With a strong track record, Frida has held significant roles including Senior Design Director at Nameless.today, where the focus was on enhancing design-driven capabilities for clients, and various leadership positions at Stena Line and Trustly, emphasizing user experience research and design strategy. Frida also contributed as a lecturer and course coordinator in UX design at Berghs School of Communication and Hyper Island, respectively, showcasing a commitment to education and mentorship. Frida holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, attained in 2011.
