Camilla Siersbøl

Camilla Siersbøl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Camilla started their career as a Shop Manager at PLAZA watches & jewellery, where they worked from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they collaborated on a project aimed at changing marketing and communication strategies for the company.

In 2002, Camilla became the CEO/COO of Herman Siersbøl ApS, a jewelry production company started by their grandfather. Camilla managed the company and eventually sold the brand in 2016, leaving in 2017.

In 2008, they became a Board Member for both the Danish Jewellery Association and the Danish Watches & Jewellery Association. Camilla served in these roles until 2015.

In 2011, Camilla founded Guldsmeden i Dragør, a company that automated data flows and tracked sponsorships in real-time. Camilla continued to work on this project concurrently with their other roles.

Starting in 2016, Camilla joined Mono Solutions as a Revenue Controller. Their responsibilities included automating invoicing and collaborating with the Engineering Team to develop an API for automation. Camilla later served as the company's Finance Controller, Accounting & HR Manager, Director of Finance, Operations & HR, and CFO. Camilla played a key role in the company's acquisition by Bauer Media and subsequent sale to Ten Oaks in 2022. Their duties included managing finance, HR, operations, accounting, and external relationships.

Most recently, Camilla joined Above Sports in 2023 as the CFO. The company focuses on automating data flows and tracking sponsorships in real-time.

Camilla Siersbøl attended Copenhagen Business School from 1997 to 2002, where they received their Cand. Merc. degree in Design and Communication management. Camilla furthered their education at Copenhagen Business School from 2004 to 2006, earning a HDR degree in accounting.
