Ed Milligan

Ed Milligan serves as the Director of Operations at AboveAir Technologies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Director of Operations at Ellicott Dredges from January 2021 to January 2025, overseeing multiple manufacturing locations and driving various operational initiatives. Ed’s extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Refrigeration at Johnson Controls from April 2011 to May 2020, where responsibilities spanned R&D, manufacturing, and P&L management. Earlier roles at Johnson Controls covered multi-plant oversight in North America and focused on manufacturing leadership across diverse business units. Ed's career includes a notable tenure at Formtek Metal Forming, where plant consolidation projects were executed with significant asset reductions. Ed holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
