Currently, Frederico serves as a Developer at ABP Consultancy since January 2021, following a stint as an Executive Assistant. Prior experience includes positions such as Sous Chef at BaxterStorey, Junior Sous Chef at ISS Facility Services UK, and Head/Development Chef at BODY PLUS NUTRITION LTD. Frederico has also held creative roles such as Creative Chef at housebites.com and Chef De Partie at Compass Group, along with earlier experience as Demi Chef at The Lanesborough and Commis Chef at Galvin Restaurants.
