Tara Moore (She/Her)

Tara Moore, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles. Tara began their career at Geisinger Health System as a Patient Access Representative, where they handled registration, insurance, and scheduling appointments. Tara also trained employees and developed emergency procedures. Tara later became a Patient Access Manager at the same company, taking on additional responsibilities in supervising and managing staff.

Tara then worked at Riverstone Gallery as a Retail Sales Manager, where they trained employees, assisted customers, and handled inventory and advertising. Tara then moved on to Bloomsburg Hospital as a Patient Access Supervisor, overseeing front desk registration staff and managing accounts. Tara developed a training program for department employees and handled various administrative tasks.

Currently, Tara serves as the Associate Director of Recruitment at Aloysius Butler & Clark. In this role, they provide guidance to recruitment account executives and works with clients to meet marketing goals and document ROI. Their experience encompasses organizational management, diversity and inclusion communication initiatives, and marketing.
