Dr. Rebecca Cesar has a diverse work experience that spans various healthcare and educational institutions. Dr. Rebecca is currently the Vice President of Medical Practice Operations at Abra Health (formerly ChildSmiles), where they are responsible for developing strategies and ensuring excellent services to patients in underserved communities. Dr. Cesar also founded Tinted Health in 2023. Dr. Rebecca serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Seton Hall University and is a Subject Matter Expert and Associate Adjunct Professor at Abilene Christian University.
