Elysia Webb

Elysia Webb is an experienced data engineer currently employed at Abre since June 2025, previously holding senior and data engineer roles at Paycor from March 2023 to June 2025. Prior to Paycor, Elysia worked as a software developer and junior software developer at InnovateEDU from August 2021 to March 2023, following a comprehensive .NET full-stack development bootcamp at Tech Elevator in mid-2021. Elysia's earlier experience includes serving as the Wikipedian in Residence at Annual Reviews and as a Wikipedia Expert for the Wiki Education Foundation, where instruction focused on Wikipedia culture and editing practices. Elysia holds a Master's degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology from Ohio University. Elysia's research background includes conducting studies on endangered bat species while working with various institutions, including the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Indiana State University.
