Angela Serpa

Angela Serpa currently serves as a board member at ABRH-RJ and as the Executive Director of Human Capital at Prumo. With extensive experience in human resources, Angela's previous roles include Head of HR at GNA - Gás Natural Açu and the People & Management Director at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., where significant achievements included the implementation of global performance management processes and the launch of an international trainee program. Angela's background also encompasses project management positions in construction, contributing to major projects such as Cidade da Música in Rio de Janeiro and the renovation of Maracanã Stadium for the Pan American Games. Angela has pursued advanced studies in Strategic HR Planning at the University of Michigan and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
