Flavio Morelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in planning, control, customer insights, digital transformation, and human resources. Currently serving as the Planning & Control Director at TIM Brasil since March 2018, Flavio oversees revenue assurance, investment evaluation, and the consolidation of business KPIs. Previous leadership roles at TIM Brasil include Customer Insights & Experience Director and M&A Integration Director, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences and managing major acquisitions. Flavio's background also includes a significant tenure as Head of HR, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation, personnel costs, and organizational development for a large workforce.
