Ingrid Chaves

Ingrid Chaves possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a member of the Executive Board at ABRH-RJ and as the Human Resources Coordinator at State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. since 2016. Ingrid has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, including recruitment, employee integration, training, and performance evaluation. Ingrid has successfully implemented compensation management strategies, benefits programs, and health and wellness initiatives. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist focused on remuneration at Oi, and various HR positions at Technip, Ipiranga, and Safran, with a strong emphasis on compensation analysis and employee engagement. Ingrid holds an MBA in Human Resources from Universidade Federal Fluminense and an MBA in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis.
