Milena Martins

Milena Martins serves as an Advisory Board Member for NatureHub Brasil, a non-profit initiative focused on nature-based solutions since January 2024. Additionally, Milena has been a member of the Deliberative Council at ABRH-RJ since January 2022. Previous experience includes mentoring at Bolder® from November 2018 to December 2023 and a role as Global Director of Cultural Transformation, Talent, DEI, Learning, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy at Vale from April 2019 to April 2023. Milena had a distinguished career at Shell, spanning over two decades, where positions included HR VP for Latin America, Global HRBP Director, and various leadership roles in HR management and change management. Milena holds a Mastery in Business Partnering from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
