Aaron Blaxall

Aaron Blaxall is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in process integration and stakeholder management at Abri Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Aaron served as an HR & POD Business Analyst and HR Systems & Reporting Analyst at Radian Group Ltd from October 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included improving HR processes and managing the HR Systems & Reporting Analyst. Aaron’s career began as a Reporting Administrator at Hampshire County Council, managing various reporting tasks. Educational qualifications include a Level 4 Apprenticeship in IS Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and a BA Hons in Physical Education & Teaching from the University of Chichester.
