Monica Posada

Monica Posada is an accomplished business analyst currently working at the European Parliament since September 2025, focusing on digital strategy and IT business analysis. As a digital transformation analyst at Digitheia since October 2023, expertise is demonstrated in IT-enabled business transformation at a director level.
