Guru Sundar

Guru Sundar's work experience includes holding the position of VP of Marketing at Abridge starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as VP of Marketing at Looking Glass Factory from June 2022 to September 2023. From September 2021 to June 2022, they were a VP of Marketing at Butterfly Network, Inc. Guru also held several other roles at Butterfly Network, including Senior Director of Marketing, Director of Brand and Product Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Senior Marketing Manager. Before their time at Butterfly Network, Inc., Guru was a Lead Global Product Marketing Manager/Global Upstream Marketing Manager at FUJIFILM SonoSite, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, they served as Chairman and Executive Board Member at MITA Ultrasound Section from January 2014 to October 2017. Guru also held positions at FUJIFILM VisualSonics, Inc., University of Southern California, VisualSonics, Iridescent, and EDge Interactive.

Guru Sundar completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University from 2004 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2010. In 2016, they briefly attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business to specialize in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, with a focus on New Product Innovation, Development & Implementation Strategies.
