Alek Krenichyn

Alek Krenichyn is a seasoned professional in client success and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success at Abrigo since December 2021. Prior to this role, Alek held various positions at TKXS from August 2017 to December 2021, including Customer Operations Manager and Operations Team Lead. Experience also includes serving as Operations Team Lead and Project Coordinator at XSInc from July 2015 to August 2018, and as Account Manager at XS Inc from April 2012 to July 2015. Alek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the State University of New York at Oswego, earned between 2002 and 2006.
