Allen R.

Allen R. has over ten years of experience in the IT industry. Allen started their career in 2008 as a Helpdesk Technician at Perimeter eSecurity. In 2009, they joined TierPoint as a Windows Administrator II, where they managed Windows environments and handled server and Active Directory troubleshooting. In 2017, Allen R. transitioned to the role of Windows Admin III at TierPoint (formerly Windstream Hosted Solutions), where they managed customer and internal Windows and Active Directory servers in various environments. Allen worked with VMware, deployment through WDS and VMware Orchestration, and maintained OS templates. In 2020, Allen R. joined Abrigo as a Senior InfraOps Engineer Team Lead.

Allen R. attended CED Solutions - Atlanta in 2017 and is currently pursuing a field of study in MCSA Server 2016. Prior to this, they also attended CED Solutions - Atlanta in 2013, where they studied MCSA Server 2012. In 2007, Allen completed certifications in Information Technology at New Horizons, specializing in A+, Net+, and Security +. Allen also received training in server 2003 systems. Furthermore, Allen has obtained additional certifications in MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified in 2017, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 in 2013, CompTIA Security+ in 2008, CompTIA Net+ in 2007, and CompTIA A+ in 2007.
