Jeff Penn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management across various organizations. Currently serving in multiple roles at Abrigo since December 2018, including Manager of IT Services and IT Services Team Lead, Jeff oversees technical support for multiple offices and has successfully facilitated migration projects involving Exchange 365. Prior to this, Jeff held multiple positions at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from November 2009 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing IT for executive MBA programs, researching collaboration tools, and producing instructional content. Jeff's earlier roles also include IT support and system administration positions, and a degree in Information & Computer Technology from East Carolina University.
