Nam Thai

Nam Thai has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at East Carolina University, where they conducted research on software testing and machine learning, published an article in IEEE, and provided tutoring and guidance to undergraduate computer science students. In 2018, they moved on to Abrigo, where they started as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and were responsible for the quality and automation of test cases for various software products. They then advanced to the role of QA Engineer II and eventually became a Senior QA Engineer. In 2023, Nam Thai took on the additional responsibilities of being a Team Lead at Abrigo.

Nam Thai earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University in 2015. Nam then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2017. Nam has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) in 2016, Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Analyst in 2019, and Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer in 2021.
