Ernilda Bayani

Ernilda Bayani has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development at ABS-CBN Corporation since November 2008, where responsibilities include managing employee compensation, benefits programs, and HRIS implementation. Prior to this role, Ernilda held several positions at ABS-CBN Corporation from October 2000 to September 2008, including Head of Organization and Manpower Planning and HR Senior Manager for Career Development and Management Program. Previously, Ernilda worked as an HRD Senior Supervisor at Transnational Diversified Group from February 1995 to August 2000. Ernilda holds a Master's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
