Grant Orbeta

Grant Orbeta currently serves as President of Rosetta Holdings Corporation, a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation, since March 2023, focusing on the development of a PEZA IT Park in Bulacan, Philippines. Concurrently, since June 2015, Grant holds the role of Head of Real Estate and Development at ABS-CBN Corporation, overseeing mixed-use developments and managing property operations crucial for broadcast activities. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at Stateland Inc., where responsibilities encompassed business planning and project development, and various leadership roles at PHINMA Property Holdings Corp., handling design, marketing, and executive functions. Grant's educational background includes studies at the Asian Institute of Management and a degree in Architecture from the University of San Carlos.
