Salvador G. Tirona

Mr. Salvador C. Tirona has served as a Director of the Company since 2010. He is the President and Chief Operating Officer and concurrently, Chief Finance Officer of Lopez Holdings Corporation. He initially joined Lopez Holdings Corporation as its Chief Finance Officer in September 2005 and held this position until his appointment to his current position in 2010. He was formerly a Director and the Chief Finance Officer of Bayan Telecommunications, Inc. He joined the Lopez Croup in 2003 as the Chief Finance Officer of Maynilad Water Services, Inc.
