Charissa Devlin, BCBA, LBA - UT has a diverse work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Charissa started their career at BAYADA Home Health Care in 2016 as a Client Services Manager, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Ally Pediatric Therapy as a Lead RBT and worked until 2019. At Trumpet Behavioral Health, they served as a Senior Therapist/clinician from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Training at ABS Kids, a position they have held since 2020.

Charissa Devlin, BCBA, LBA - UT completed their education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University from 2017 to 2019. After completing their education, Charissa obtained the certification of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in December 2019.
