Brittney Garland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at ABS Kids since May 2023, Brittney excels in all phases of the recruiting process, focusing on sourcing high-caliber candidates. Prior roles include Behavioral Health Technician at Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services and Hopebridge, where Brittney implemented behavior analytic services under the supervision of certified behavior analysts, promoting essential communication and social skills for clients. Additionally, Brittney has contributed to the mental health field with various positions across organizations such as Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and Foundations for Senior Living, providing direct client care and implementing treatment plans. Brittney began a career with the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Military Police officer, which laid a strong foundation in maintaining law and order and providing security.
