Lauren Johnson

Lauren McCarthy (Johnson) is a highly qualified Director of Clinical Operations at ABS Kids with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Lauren holds a Master's degree in ABA from National University and is a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in North Carolina. Lauren has experience as an Assistant Director, a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, a Registered Behavior Technician, and a Registered Behavior Interventionist. Prior to their current role, Lauren worked as a Psychometrist and Clinical Assistant at QC Psychology, a Guest Activities Coordinator at Holiday Inn Resort, and a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA. Lauren's dedication to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and optimizing operations in ABA settings is evident in their leadership skills and commitment to excellence.
