Mellanie Page, BCBA, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavior analysis and leadership development. Currently serving as the CEU Events & Conferences lead at The ABA Collective since July 2019, Mellanie curates essential resources and organizes key conferences such as The Business of ABA Conference and ABA Reimagined. As the Leadership Development Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker at Aegis Learning since September 2022, Mellanie enhances organizational performance through teamwork and communication strategies. In the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at ABS Kids since June 2016, Mellanie provides strategic guidance to drive company growth. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, Vice President Operations, and Regional Director, among others at ABS Kids and Butterfly Effects. Mellanie holds an MBA from the University of Utah, an MEd in Special Education - Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
