Mike Gayford

Mike Gayford has a diverse and extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the composites manufacturing industry. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of US Operations at Core Molding Technologies. Prior to this, Mike worked as the Director of Operations US at Beyond Gravity and as the Director of Operations at RS Technologies. Mike'sprevious experiences include being a General Manager at Molded Fiber Glass (MFG) Companies, a General Manager at Crawford Composites, LLC., a Plant Manager at Charles Composites and MFG Southeast, an Operations Manager at MFG Galileo Composites, an Engineering and Quality Manager at Arrowhead Composites and Thermoplastics, and an Operations Manager/Co-Owner at Sikes Composites. Mike has consistently demonstrated their expertise in improving operational efficiency, implementing new systems, and diversifying the business.

Mike Gayford obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. Mike attended the college from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Anti-Phishing Training from LinkedIn in June 2022.
