Rebecca McEachen

Rebecca McEachen has a range of work experience in human resources. Rebecca most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at ABS Kids starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at ABS Kids from May 2019 to September 2020. Before joining ABS Kids, Rebecca worked as a Human Resources Manager at IPC Healthcare, Inc. (TeamHealth) from August 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they provided day-to-day performance management guidance, managed employee relations issues, and organized employee engagement activities. Rebecca also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and HR Administrator at Payment Express from July 2015 to August 2016, and as a Teaching Assistant at Alliant International University from February 2016 to May 2016. Rebecca has additional experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at the Center for Innovation and Change from May 2014 to December 2015, and as a Human Resources professional at Ultimate Staffing from June 2014 to September 2014. Finally, Rebecca worked at Judge Rotenberg Center from January 2005 to January 2014 in roles such as Assistant Director of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and Recruiter.

Rebecca McEachen's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Rebecca attended Boston Latin School from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on Classics. From 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Rhode Island and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Rebecca then pursued further education at Alliant International University-Los Angeles from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Psychology. From 2016 to 2018, Rebecca attended Alliant International University, where they worked towards a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Organizational Development.

In addition to their degrees, Rebecca has obtained several certifications in various fields. Rebecca became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in June 2015 through SHRM. In June 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Rebecca also has additional certifications in areas such as American Sign Language, creating a culture of integrity, employment law, HR generalist skills, and more. These certifications were obtained through various institutions and training programs, including SHRM and NEHRA.
