Mohammad El Ajlouni has accumulated extensive work experience in the media industry. In 1993, they founded ABSN and served as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO. ABSN is a TV news and special events production firm that operates across the Middle East and North Africa, offering comprehensive news content services. Additionally, El Ajlouni founded Alordonalyoom in 2016, a satellite channel based in Amman that provides authentic coverage of Jordanian life. Mohammad also founded A24 News Agency in 2015, the first Arab news agency, which offers an Arab perspective on news and serves global news channels. In 2014, El Ajlouni established MEMPSI, a non-profit organization that conducts research and produces evidence-based recommendations for media policymaking. Prior to these ventures, El Ajlouni held positions at ABC News and Jordan TV.

Mohammad El Ajlouni completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge between 1979 and 1983.
