Dyma Budorin, ACCA CCSSA

Dyma Budorin, ACCA CCSSA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Budorin is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. In 2022, they served as a Co-Chair for the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. Prior to that, Budorin was the Vice President of the Blockchain Association of Ukraine in 2021.

In 2017, Budorin co-founded and served as the CEO of Hacken, a cybersecurity consulting company. They were also involved in the creation of HackenProof.

Before entering the technology sector, Budorin held a position as Deputy CEO for strategy and development at the State Self-Supporting Foreign Trade and Investment Firm "Ukrinmash" from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they spearheaded various initiatives such as the establishment of a cybersecurity business unit, the implementation of a project management system, and the design and implementation of a KPI-based remuneration program.

Prior to that, Budorin worked as a Counsellor to the CEO for audit at State Company Ukrspetsexport in 2015. They also gained extensive experience at Deloitte CIS, starting as an audit assistant in 2007 and steadily progressing to Assistant Manager and Supervising Senior roles. At Deloitte, Budorin managed large audit departments, supervised consulting projects, and led restructuring initiatives for clients in various industries.

In addition to their professional experiences, Budorin also worked as a Rafting Guide for Smokey Mountain Outdoors from 2005 to 2006.

Dyma Budorin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kyiv Investment Management Institute, which was completed from 2016 to 2018. Dyma also completed a course in Values & Society at Aspen Institute Kyiv in 2017. In terms of professional certifications, Dyma is an ACCA member, having obtained the ACCA qualification in March 2012. Dyma also holds additional certifications, including Crypto Currency Security Standard Auditor from the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4), obtained in January 2023, and Cybersecurity and Its Ten Domains from Coursera, obtained in July 2017. Prior to these educational achievements, Dyma completed a Bachelor's degree in International Economy at the Ukranian Academy of Foreign Trade from 2003 to 2008. Dyma's educational journey began at the International Relations Lyceum #51, where they studied from 1996 to 2003.
