Ian Weiss

Ian Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2019. Ian currently serves as a Managing Director at ABS Partners Real Estate, where they oversee the leasing process for multiple NYC office portfolios. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Vice President at Avison Young and as an Associate Director at Walter & Samuels, Inc., where they focused on leasing and marketing efforts for commercial portfolios. Ian also held the position of Associate Director at ABS Partners Real Estate, where they handled tenant and landlord representation. Ian began their career at NSNYRE, LLC, specializing in tenant representation. Ian has also gained experience through internships at the New York City Council and the New York Supreme Court. Additionally, Ian worked as a Law Clerk at Sheff Law Offices and the Boston Retirement Board. Ian started their career as a High School Spanish and Reading Teacher at Chesapeake Bay Academy.
