John Brod

John Brod is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial brokerage. Currently serving as a Partner at ABS Partners Real Estate since April 2013, notable transactions include the sale of 105 Wooster Street and representing Donna Karan in a significant lease renewal. As a Principal and Co-founder of PBS Real Estate since August 2001, John Brod has built a strong reputation through nearly twenty years at Newmark and Insignia ESG. Other roles include Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and the founding of tenant representation divisions at SL Green Realty Corp. and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. John Brod holds a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Business from The George Washington University.
