Randy Modell

Randy Modell is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner at ABS Partners Real Estate since April 2011, Randy previously held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Extell from April 2009 to April 2011. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Associate at ABS Partners Real Estate from January 2001 to April 2009. Academically, Randy holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University (2003-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Yeshiva University (1998-2001).
