Garland Strang

Garland Strang, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at ABS Tag & Title since March 2023. Previous roles include HR Manager at LB Foster in 2022 and General Manager of Operations at Budsgunshop.com, LLC and Buds TN, LLC from 2016 to 2022. Garland also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Kentucky Medical Services Foundation, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, and worked as a Client Services Associate at BenefitMall in 2007-2008. Early in the career, Garland was the Director of Human Resources & Administration at B&W Wholesale Distributors, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Garland holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
