George Lountzis, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the marine and engineering sector, currently serving as a manager at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since September 2008. With a diverse background that includes roles in program management, business development, and marine consulting, Lountzis has demonstrated expertise across various capacities, including managing the ABS CAP Program EMEA. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Management/Emotional Intelligence from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and a Master of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, among other certifications.
